I seem to spend hours and hours on the Internet looking at blog's and digi's and wishing that I not only had the time but a reason to make these so this is where these cards come in.
I want to try and make a set of cards (maybe 10-20) that i can use as presents for people. Of course only those that appreciate how much hard work goes into them! I am thinking maybe a set for My mum and/or my partners mum. I generally do them some Xmas cards each year and they love them so this will be another (hopefully) add on to that.
Anyway here is another Just Because card that will hopefully be added to the stash!. I am sure the stash will come in handy when a birthday is sprung on my without notice!
Again I have used a Digi Image (have I told you how much I love them..) anyway this one is from Sassy Studio
The other bits and pieces are what I had lying around.
Enjoy

Well I have a kitchen tea to go to on Saturday and I just finished making the card. As it is a bit of a slow day here I thought I would also upload it to my blog as I haven't given the person I am giving the card to, my blog details (she doesn't card make so she probably isn't that interested - and I don't even think she has Internet access!).. Anway..

This is also the first time I have done a shape card and am pretty happy with it.
I downloaded the kettle shape from the Internet and used some paper and bling that I had lying around.
The cute image on the front is from Lalaland.

Hi

Well Matt's son is 17 tomorrow - how time flies. I can't believe in just 12 short months he will be 18. Anyway as he has a half naked women on his phone I thought if you can't beat 'em join 'em. When i saw this image months ago from kenny K I knew it was perfect and exactly what i wanted to use. Lauren helped with the lettering and whats a card without an amazing cake from Lauren
Enjoy.

I went to my first crop day on the weekend. I ended up going with a friend and it was the best time. I really want to go to the next one but I have something else on so we will see.
While we don't scrapbook we love our cardmaking. I didn't get a terrible lot finished in the 6 hours we were there but i did manage to finish 1 card (and that was it!). I am not sure what or who this card is for yet.
The image is from Karen's doodles.

The bosses birthday was yesterday and he turned the big 55 and he was back from a week's leave today so i thought i would make him a card - its hard to come back to work on a Monday let alone having a week off hehehehehe. He loves surfing and going to the beach so when i found this chipboard image it was purfect!

The chipbord image is from 2 crafty and you can purchase them here

I then used KindyGlitz on the car and surfboard and paper glaze on the wheels.
Papers, Brads etc were just stuff i had in my stash.
I was pretty happy with the end result as this is the first time i have used chipboard alone! :)

The paper: was on special today at Riot Art & Craft and i picked up sheets of it for 29c each! Bargin
Band Aids and tablets (which are out of date) was what was lying around.

I have had this card in pieces on my desk for weeks and finally got around to putting it together. I have been talking to someone in Scottland and we decided to do a card swap. The theme is Pink and Girly - lets hope she doesn't check my blog or she may see it before it arrives. Gonna try and get this one posted in the next day or so.
The images are Kenny K and the paper is from a stack called Rockstar that I picked up from Big W.  The other bits and pieces are just from my Stash.
